Overview
Modern Work and Copilot Cloud Solution Architecture role for AI solutions, serving as a strategic trusted advisor and technical SME to accelerate AI adoption and change management, delivering business value and ROI through Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
Responsibilities
* Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: translate customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned to high ROI outcomes, fostering satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
* Drive Customer Success: lead architectural design with business and technical decision makers to enable sustained use of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, ensuring long-term renewal.
* Leverage Agentic AI: apply Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale AI.
* Explore growth opportunities: identify and develop tailored solutions with technical and sales teams to drive expansion.
* Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: engage with communities, share expertise, promote IP reuse, and accelerate AI transformation.
* Embrace a growth mindset: act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback to inform strategy.
* Learn-it-all: pursue self-directed learning in Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, value realization, adoption and change management;
maintain technical readiness aligned to CSU priorities.
* Be the focal point between Microsoft and customers/partners for M365 Copilot adoption and end-user uptake.
* Deliver Microsoft services for Copilot through Unified support contracts.
* Demonstrate Copilot M365 insights to showcase trends and business impact.
* Advise on Adoption and Change Management plans (exec sponsorship, end-user targeting, content and activities).
* Enable and demonstrate M365 Copilot insights and dashboards to understand usage trends and impact.
* Provide training sessions, use-cases, and support for CxO level audiences.
* Support Extensibility Scenarios: envisioning, design sessions, scoping for pilots/PoCs, or handover.
* Facilitate feedback loops to Microsoft Product Group and Marketing.
* Support technical issue resolution with product teams and provide feedback.
* Support Customer Success Club and MW events by delivering sessions as a subject matter expert.

* Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, especially CxOs, and strong presentation skills.
* Demonstrate balance between business value realization, adoption/change management, and technical acumen on Copilot and agents.
* Ability to lead and motivate technical communities and be a public speaker.
* Ability to adapt to change and maintain a continuous learning mindset.
Experience
* Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and working with Customer Success teams.
* Experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting.
* Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions.
* Analytical problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to build relationships with senior IT and business decision makers.
* Ability to explain complex topics to both technical and business audiences.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
* Change management, transformation, trusted advisory, and customer focus skills to influence adoption of M365.
* Journey mapping skills;
ability to design customer solutions and lead presentations and workshops with BDMs and ITDMs.
* Relationship-building experience with BDMs and senior IT executives in large or strategic accounts.
* Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships and conveying value propositions to achieve consensus.
Technical Skills
* Subject matter expertise in at least three of the following: Large-scale Microsoft 365;
M365 security and compliance;
Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat;
Agent creation and governance;
Copilot Studio;
M365 Apps (Teams, VIVA);
Teams deployment;
SharePoint Online & Search indexing;
cloud certifications (e.G., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI).
