You’re great at finding and selling homes. But have you found the right agency?
Positions open for offices located in Fuengirola, Nerja, Estepona, and the Costa Blanca, Orihuela Costa.
Must‑Have Qualifications
* Proven knowledge of real estate and real estate new developments.
* Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or property advisory.
* 1+ years of experience in the real estate industry, minimum to be considered.
* Must be currently located within commuting distance of Costa del Sol (Andalusia, Spain) — including Estepona, Marbella, Fuengirola, Málaga, or Nerja.
* Experience working with international buyers from Northern Europe (Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, or the UK).
* Agents with an existing international client network or relocation industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Working in an onsite setting.
Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market and local property regulations.
* Fluency in professional English required.
* Additional languages highly valued: Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Danish, German, French, and Spanish.
* Experience working in property sales, real estate consulting, or investment advisory.
