Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Neurosciences medical affairs team in Spain.
2. Contribute to the development of the medical plan by understanding patients and health professionals' needs, generating the medical evidence through the design of clinical trials, and RWE studies, and communicating the results of the research in an effective way to improve patients' outcomes. Establish an appropriate collaboration with the scientific experts and the medical community, being the medical reference and providing complete, accurate and transparent information on Lilly new medicines in the area.
3. Support other areas of the company, providing scientific training, about the diseases, and the drugs of the therapeutic area.
4. Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance in the communication of adverse effects to the health authorities.
* Keep updatedwith latest clinical guidelines, publications, current trends on clinical practice y scientific development of the therapeutic area
Basic Requirements:
5. Physician, with Medical Specialty (MIR ) in Neurology, Clinical Pharmacology or Internal Medicine.
6. Experience in clinical research.
7. Previous experience leading medical teams.
* Excellent English verbal and written (C1/ advanced).
Additional Skills/Preferences:
8. Additional training in pharmaceutical medicine.
9. Good knowledge of clinical research' methods: statistics, epidemiology, etc.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability work in a cross functional team

11. Travel 20%
* Based in Alcobendas (Madrid). Spain
