We are looking for an exceptional SEM Specialist, with at least 2 years' experience, who has strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who speaks fluent English and Japanese. Overall, the individual will be an active part of the SEM team, focused on developing strategies to help optimize one of our projects' visibility and increase the accessibility of websites.

Main Tasks
Search and Display Network:
* Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms for the Asian market: Yahoo Japan, Baidu, Naver mainly
* Develop comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve business goals and increase ROI
* A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements for continuous improvement
* Keyword research and search queries analysis
* Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives
* Develop new seasonal/promotional offers and optimize landing pages, generating text ads, keywords and bids
* Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research
* Creating briefings for creative and cooperating with design
* Define, implement and manage retargeting/remarketing strategies
* Reporting and analysis on different performance metrics

* In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms for the Asian market, especially Yahoo Japan
* Knowledge of Baidu y Naver media platform is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
* Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
