You must be based in Spain, but you will work mostly remote.In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support sales and customers with a wide range of sales, customer, administrative, financial, and marketing‐related tasks. You will be the key contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth processes, excellent service, and timely resolution of inquiries.You will be accountable for: Managing customer ads, registrations, and data updatesHandling leads, reports, and customer information to support sales activitiesSupervising and managing invoicing issues, overdue accounts, collections, payment allocations and refundsProcessing order registrations, changes, cancellations, and price changesSupporting and administrating product setups and adjustmentsReporting and tracking of Jira tickets for customer and product supportSupporting marketing activities such as social media, SEO, and translationsEnsuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholdersBe proactive and drive sales activities for improving revenue to support the Sales TeamOther duties as assignedHere is what you bring: Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of French and/or Italian is a strong plus (more than 2 languages highly valued)Strong interpersonal skills – ability to persuade and lead people in pursuit of key objectives.
