What You'll Do
* Be the Go-To Person : You’ll manage collections for key corporate clients, ensuring payments are made on time and issues are resolved promptly.

* Keep Things Moving : Ensure that all payments are allocated quickly, and take care of essential admin tasks that keep the team running smoothly.

What you’ll bring
* Experience in Collections : You’ve worked in collections before and understand the importance of timely payments.
* Native Speaker : Fluent in Flemish, French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Your own laptop & high-speed internet is essential for this role.
* Persuasion Pro : You have strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
* Customer Service Champion : Excellent communication, quick thinking, and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Tech-Savvy : You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
