Job Description
Strategically identify new target customers, end-users and lessors, and formulate strategies to penetrate into the existing team of customers and increase the market share of Zoomlion productsPreliminary revision of sales contracts to ensure consistency and flexibility of sales policies and control risks, and ensure that the Customer acts in accordance with the agreed terms of sales and remains within its credit termsQuantify sales targets according to the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans of the region and complete themPrepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales summary reports and submit them to senior managementAssist regional manager/country manager/local distributor to organize and implement overseas marketing promotion activities, and conduct corresponding training for customersIdeate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolioParticipate in new product development projects or product according to the development of overseas markets and changesMonitor the activities and pricing of competitors at all times and collect local market information, analyze and form reports and submit them to senior management to update and adjust regional marketing strategies.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably technical or engineering)English as working language,proficiency en Spanish. xohynlm Experience: Overall 5 years with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years of team managementRelevant experience in selling construction machinery and equipment directly to agents or usersProficient in using various office software, including Word/Excel/PowerPointBasic financial awareness, the ability to set precise goals and work towards them is essential, as it's a clear understanding of the impact of cash flow on the businessEnthusiastic, energetic, highly upright and willing to take on new challenges, and be able to work in multinational and multicultural environmentDriving License: Driving license required
