**Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator to support warehouse operations and logistics in the Southern European Region. This role involves coordinating logistics control, project execution, and working closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure safety, service quality, and cost efficiency.
The successful candidate will act as a Cost Transformation liaison between the UK, Northern Europe, and Southern Europe, promoting best practices across regions. The role supports standardization, simplification, and collaboration initiatives within the SE Logistics & Distribution organization, reporting to the Logistics & Distribution Manager for Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the central reporting coordinator for SE, managing product development and PCP.
* Handle local quality issues related to products and transport.
* Support the central logistics team with initiatives, including Retailer Brand projects.
* Coordinate distribution cost inputs with Business Analysts and Commercial teams.
* Manage inventory control, stock analysis, and annual stock counts.
* Address transport issues, customer logistics requests, and maintenance activities.
* Manage legal documentation and oversee logistics KPIs, costs, and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Experience in Logistics Operations or Supply Chain.
* Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of customer service and relationship management.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Continuous Improvement mindset.
