Handling Technical Sales operations in the Personal Care area, including face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers through various sales channels, assessing customer needs, developing sales bids and proposals and executing the sales contract, and identifying and building relationships with prospective customers, aligning with the sales strategy to ensure the achievement of sales targets.Managing the following General Sales Operations processes to ensure the achievement of targets:Project/sample management, documentation, and follow-upBudget, forecast, price, and margin managementContinuous collection and documentation (ERP/ BRM) of market information about customers, products, competition, suppliers, applications, and market trendsExecution of sales and marketing strategiesInitiate/follow up sales, including starting projects, sending samples, and price offers.
