Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English.
* Assist customers with booking-related questions, technical support, and general inquiries.
* Provide effective solutions by troubleshooting and understanding customer needs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
* Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide up-to-date information.
Requirements:
* Fluent Norwegian speaker with advanced English proficiency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong PC skills, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
* Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
* A positive and motivated attitude to handle challenging customer situations.
* Goal-oriented work approach.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business processes.
* Affinity with accommodation platforms is a plus.
* Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
* Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office).
Contract Details:
* 39 hours per week full-time contract (Monday to Sunday), with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
* Rotating shifts: 09:00-20:00.
* Initial temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position based on business needs.
* 27 working days of holiday per year.
