About the role
Business Compliance Managers support the business by developing and releasing innovative features for millions of Revolut customers.
We’re seeking a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defence. This is a very hands-on role.

What you'll be doing
* Providing compliance expertise to the first line of defence and proposing solutions to compliance challenges.
* Acting as a stakeholder between the first and second lines of compliance teams.
* Navigating retail products through regulatory requirements.
* Ensuring smooth, compliant product launches.
* Identifying potential compliance risks in retail offerings.
* Developing strategies to stay ahead of regulatory changes.
* Collaborating across teams to create compliance policies that meet legal standards and support business growth.
* Equipping product teams with the knowledge and tools for seamless compliance integration.
* Serving as the regulatory liaison, ensuring audit readiness.
What you'll need
* At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
* Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or a fast-growing tech company.
* A strong understanding of the interaction between compliance risk and business risk.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
