We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join the HR unit.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting the HR team in key areas such as:
· Recruitment and selection
· Payroll and administrative tasks
· Training coordination and development initiatives
· Other HR-related activities as required
This internship offers a unique chance to learn, develop your skills, and contribute to the daily operations of a professional HR team.
WHAT WE NEED
· University or postgraduate students, or recent graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Law, Psychology, or related fields
· Internship agreement with your university/school (required)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Previous internship experience is a plus
· Motivation, initiative, and willingness to learn
· Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good level of English and Spanish speaking and writing skills (required). Catalán (helpful).
· Knowledge of IT tools or design software is considered an additional advantage
