You will work in a modern laboratory environment and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary RD team to bring innovative power electronic products from concept to industrialization. /p pb How You’ll Make an Impact /b /p ulli Selection, qualification, and verification of semiconductors, passive components, and protection devices. /lili Support a fast and highly iterative design process within a cross‑functional team, using rapid prototyping and lab mock‑ups to accelerate learning cycles and deliver results quickly. /lili Perform commissioning tasks for power conversion and control systems interfacing with energy storage systems in the laboratory. /lili Build and maintain test setups to verify performance, efficiency, robustness, and compliance with technical requirements. /lili Work hands-on in state‑of‑the‑art laboratories: bringing up prototypes, evaluating design limits, and supporting continuous refinement. /lili Conduct detailed technical analysis of logs, errors, signals, and operational metrics; prepare clear, reusable technical reports to support engineering, quality, and certification teams. /lili Execute validation tests both in the factory and in the field for prototype power conversion and control systems. /lili Participate in component qualification and product certification processes. /lili Prepare validation reports, technical documentation, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders. /lili Create instructions and associated documentation for product deployment, operation, and maintenance. /li /ul pb Your Background /b /pulli BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or an equivalent field (minimum requirement). /lili Experience in the design of electrical systems and power electronic converters, including control strategies. /lili Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as SPICE, PSCAD, Simulink, PLECS, or similar. /lili Experience in specification, selection, and qualification of power devices and passive components (e.g., DC capacitors, filters). /lili Valued experience in commissioning power converters, as well as operating measurement equipment and laboratory instrumentation. /lili Strong experience in managing, preparing, and executing prototype tests, customer tests, or product certifications, including the preparation of test result reports (highly valued). /lili Advanced knowledge of AC/DC and DC/DC power converter topologies. /lili Knowledge and experience in photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems, particularly in the operation, integration, and testing of batteries and hybrid PV–battery solutions (positively valued). /lili Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, analyzing conversion topologies, operating modes, and system protection. /lili Strong commitment to safe work practices and adherence to all relevant workplace safety guidelines. /lili High level of self‑motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to explore new technologies. /lili Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. /lili A collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills. /lili Fluency in written and spoken English is required, as you will be part of a global team. /lilib Desirable: /b at least 5 years of relevant experience.
