As a people manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating a highly engaged chapter by fostering growth, encouraging collaboration, and building a high-performance team. In your senior delivery role, you will drive the success of platforms, products, and projects that enable and support core business strategies.This chapter focuses on shaping and executing the digital product roadmap for Product Data Management, encompassing key domains such as Product Specifications, Safety Data, Claims Data, and more. It will lead the consolidation of legacy systems to establish a unified and reliable single source of truth, seamlessly integrated within our digital ecosystem. The chapter will also be responsible for managing internal delivery teams and external vendors, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with strategic objectives.Your key responsibilities People Management: Create an engaging and collaborative environment by coaching, providing feedback and investing in growth & development of chapter members.* Performance management: Fostering a high-performance culture including performance management of chapter members.* Talent Management: Retaining, seeking, and recruiting talent.* Capability Management: Assessing and building current & future capabilities.
