Job Title: German-Speaking Sales Executive – Customer Acquisition

About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing company in the online gaming sector, is building a high-performing Acquisition team in Madrid. They’re looking for a Fluent/Proficiency German speaker with strong English to drive outbound sales and convert high-intent leads into active customers.

* Base salary up to €30k + monthly bonus €500–1,000 (OTE €46–52k).
What You’ll Do
* Engage with high-intent leads to drive customer acquisition.
* Follow structured outbound strategies and use your negotiation skills to maximize conversions.
* Record and manage all interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retention, CRM).
* Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent/Proficiency German Speaker and strong English.
* 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally outbound.
* CRM knowledge and quick adaptability to new tools.
* Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
* Based in Madrid (100% onsite).
Work Conditions
* Schedule: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00 (1-hour lunch). Monday to Friday
* 22 vacation days per year.
* Contract via third-party employer.
