brAs the face of the residence, you will play a central role in the day‑to‑day reception operations: welcoming residents and guests, handling queries, supporting check‑ins and check‑outs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent service experience at all times.

brKey Responsibilities
brBe the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience.
brManage front desk and telephone support, responding to queries, requests, and issues with a strong customer service focus.
brSupport check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently, particularly during busy operational periods.
brPerform administrative tasks, manage correspondence, and maintain internal documentation.
brLiaise closely with internal teams (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Operations) to ensure smooth day‑to‑day coordination.
brMonitor building access, key handling, and ensure compliance with residence service standards.
brEnsure company policies, procedures, and values are reflected in all aspects of the role through excellent customer service.

brCandidate Profile
brPrevious experience in reception or front desk roles, ideally within hospitality, student accommodation, or customer‑focused environments.
brStrong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
brHigh level of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail.
brAbility to work calmly and effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods.
brFluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory ; additional languages are a plus.
brGood command of IT tools.
