Are you an experienced growth marketing leader with a proven track record in B2C models?
Scale user acquisition through marketing channels : SEO, SEM, ASO and other relevant channels.
Manage marketing agencies.
Develop data-driven segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and retention.
Establish a strong and consistent brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ yr of experience in growth marketing for B2C digital products (MUST HAVE).
Proven expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies for consumer-facing apps, marketplaces, or digital products.
Deep experience in SEO, SEM, paid social, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in cohort analysis, CAC / LTV modeling, and performance tracking.
Experience designing and executing SEO strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Experience in freemium models, subscription-based services, or high-velocity digital products is a huge plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
A front seat to innovation in AI legal tech.
Hybrid model (2 days office 3 WFH).
