You will collaborate closely and following the methodology and guidance of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in your daily activities.You will be involved in the acquisition and on boarding the best IT professionals that will make happen the digital and technological transformation of our Business.We need someone like you to help us in the following tasks:Collaboration in team management tasks:participation in search and selection of new hires and collaboration in monitoring and development of the IT Talent Acquisition team.End to end leadership of the recruitment process, deciding and executing the best recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates. Design and implement new talent attraction initiatives.Management of candidacies: Source and attract candidates (direct approach, referrals, recruitment platforms social media,), screening, shortlisting and conduction of Phone/Face to face/video interviews.To be an advisor for the business in terms of talent attraction recruiting and manage stakeholder relationships with Hiring ManagersTo assure a good candidate experience along the different steps of the recruitment processEXPERIENCE+10 years of experience in a Technology Talent Acquisition role managing the full cycle of recruitment in a RPO, Consultant or a tech companyExperience partnering with hiring managers to create the best strategy to hire IT professionalsFamiliarity with Job boards and LinkedIn recruiter toolsWorking experience with Workday would be considered as a plusEDUCATIONBachelors or master degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE) or relatedSKILLS KNOWLEDGEAdvanced English levelManagement skillsGood communication skills and ability to build trusted relationshipsResults and outcome orientedProblem solving and ability to find opportunities for improvementIf you want to know more about us, follow us on SummaryLocation: Boadilla del MonteType: Full time
