Ticketing Museums & Parcs
We work with clients like the Van Gogh Museum, Heineken Experience, the Dutch Grand Prix, and Tomorrowland, and are looking to expand our portfolio of partners. To support this mission, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to strengthen our Sales team in Spain. Location: Madrid, Spain.
What you’ll do
We provide freedom, support, and guidance for your sales activities to ensure results. You will collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with our international sales colleagues. Your main responsibilities include:
* Create and execute a go-to-market plan for the Spanish cultural ticketing market;
* Work closely with the Country Manager and Sales Manager Museums & Parcs;
* Organize online demos and meetings to assist customers during the education phase;
* Build a sustainable sales pipeline;
* Utilize our CRM (Salesforce) effectively to guide your activities;
* Attend relevant sales events and congresses.
What you offer
Qualifications include:
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial field;
* Minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience in the SaaS industry and cloud solutions; experience in online ticketing software or POS systems is a strong plus;
* Proven track record in closing sales deals;
* Affinity with the cultural sector and a network within museums and attractions is preferred;
* Excellent communication skills; fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred;
* Outstanding closing and convincing skills;
* Experience working in an international environment is advantageous;
* Availability: full-time.
