Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
* Guide customers through detailed technical processes and solutions
* Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system
* Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed support
* Contribute to improving our support processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; additional languages are a plus
* Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
* Familiarity with helpdesk software and support tools is an advantage
* Willingness to relocate to Malaga, Spain and embrace a new culture
