GMV is an international engineering company with a spanish origin that provides advanced technological solutions for sectors such as Aerospace, Aeronautics, Defence, Health or Transport, among others. With offices spread both nationally and internationally, in Spain we are present in Madrid, Barcelona, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Seville and Valencia.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We are currently expanding our structure team in Barcelona, in our offices located in Hospitalet de Llobregat, to provide support in the facilities and purchasing department.
**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
The main functions will be the following:
- In relation to the office assistant part, you will carry out telephone attention, attention to suppliers in the office, management of office material, sending and reception of suitcases and control of office maintenance.
- Regarding the purchasing department, you will receive and manage requests for information and/or material, contact with national and foreign suppliers, negotiate prices, issue and follow up orders, prepare delivery notes and prepare reports (MRP and Excel).
**REQUIREMENTS**
English skills are necessary (to be checked during the selection process).
Previous experience in negotiation with suppliers is an advantage.
