* Identity and access management, AWS/Google cloud space account creation and deletion of account, creation and Deletion of IAM Users for managed/unmanaged accounts
* Telco Infrastructure provisioning, supporting all onboarding related tasks
* Supporting Telco LZ services EC2/VMs, Cloud Networking, Security, Docker and Kubernetes etc.
* Monitoring LZ services, health, availabilities, CloudWatch etc.
* Following all ITSM processes through UTS and later through Helix and Incident/Change/Onboarding trackers
* Support to root cause analysis in case of incidents
* Following Telco LZ working model through Jira, Confluence to updated progress status and reporting
* Execution of changes (tasks related to affected cloud components) xpzdshu
* Hands-on expertise in AWS/Google Cloud Infrastructure Architecture
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and building AWS/GOOGLE cloud services
* Architectural expertise in Kubernetes for containerization
