to support our growth ambitions in the Iberian market. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, shaping business strategy, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and guide a team of three (Business Controller, Accountant, and IT)
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
Provide actionable insights to drive business performance
Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Sales, and Operations
Lead the internal and external audit process, including statutory accounts
Manage and develop the local Finance Team
What We’re Looking For
Degree‑qualified (Certified Accountant, MBA or similar)
10+ years of experience in finance roles within multinational environments
Strong accounting and financial planning skills (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive and measure tangible outcomes
Experience in matrix organisations and stakeholder management
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
Open‑minded, operational, and approachable leadership style
Strong communication and presentation skills
