Main Responsibilities
As Channel Manager, the candidate will oversee the management and enablement of our VARs (Value Added Resellers) and channels globally. Key responsibilities include :
* Being the central point of contact for all VARs and channels worldwide.
* Coordinating engagements with channels / resellers to grow Infovista's indirect business and developing a global partner program to onboard and manage our reseller ecosystem efficiently.
* Developing business plans with top resellers / channels to define joint objectives and initiatives such as campaigns and training to achieve mutual goals through a 'sale through / with' strategy.
* Collaborating closely with our direct sales and Inside sales teams, as well as the Partner & Alliances team.
* Creating an ecosystem of partners and channels to expand Infovista's market reach and TAM via indirect sales.
* Driving business growth in competitive situations while focusing on sales targets.
* Interacting with various departments (Technical Sales, Product Management, R&D, regional sales) within a global, multicultural environment.
* Managing channel / partner relationships effectively across different cultures and regions.
* Launching and driving growth initiatives with partners, including joint Go-To-Market and marketing campaigns.
* Applying sales analytical skills to report on channel activities and metrics.
* Organizing and leading high-level meetings with channel partners and engaging senior executives.
* Communicating effectively across all organizational levels, including technical teams and executives.
* Understanding technical sales' impact on business cases and coordinating internal resources to meet business goals.
Technical Knowledge
* Knowledge or aptitude to learn Network Testing, Planning & Optimization, and Network Performance & Assurance solutions.
* Understanding of the CSP market in network engineering, optimization, and operations, with a strong grasp of CSP buyers.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience managing partner, channel, and customer relationships.
* Experience selling complex software solutions and a proven track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
* Strong relationships with senior leaders in Tier 1 customers, vendors, and partners.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
* Ability to assess customer requirements, identify problems, and propose solutions.
* Effective communication skills to influence and explain technical concepts.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills and self-discipline.
