Our Interns play a very important role in ensuring our students live their best life in our state-of-the-art purpose-built student housing.

**Responsibilities**:
Here is a snapshot of what you will do:
- Help out with monthly events in line with our student calendars
- Create social medial content and keep our community up to date and promote our events
- Cover the front desk and help students with enquiries such as mail items
- Help out with the look and feel of the building by reporting any issues
- General admin support and support to the maintenance team
- Assistance with check in-check out and all the welcome/arrivals processes
Qualifications:
Essential:
a. Great attitude, passionate about customer services.
b. Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness.
c. Excellent written and spoken English - any other language spoken in the region will be an
advantage.
d. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable:
a. Experience with Social Media or Video editing tools.
b. Previous experience in CRM and Reservations software.
c. Previous experience volunteering or organizing events, preferably in line with our Pillars.
d. Qualification and/or willingness to undertake Carbon Literacy training.
