We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead the organic search strategy across multiple Beauty and Fashion brands in international markets. You’ll work in a dynamic, multi-brand environment where SEO is a strategic growth lever combining technical depth, business orientation, and the ability to drive adoption in a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem.
While experience in Beauty and Fashion is highly valued, a multi-category background is also welcome and seen as an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Your role:
* Design and implement a global SEO framework that integrates scalable processes, automation opportunities, and data-driven decision-making across brands and regions.
* Lead technical SEO initiatives (audits, migrations, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawl/indexation) in close collaboration with Global IT and Product teams.
* Define and adapt SEO strategies for international markets, ensuring alignment with local needs and overarching business objectives.
* Act as an internal SEO evangelist, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving awareness, education, and buy-in across functions including marketing, product, engineering, and analytics.
* Translate SEO performance into meaningful business impact through executive-level reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
* Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, automation, SERP evolution) and identify innovative ways to apply them across our global ecosystem.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in technical and strategic SEO, ideally in ecommerce and multilingual/multiregional environments.
* Strong business vision, able to connect SEO performance with commercial outcomes and influence decision-making at all levels.
* A tech-oriented, curious, and proactive profile. You’re familiar with basic concepts in automation, data analysis, and generative AI.
* Solid understanding of JavaScript and web development fundamentals to define SEO requirements and work efficiently with developers.
* Proven experience managing global SEO projects and aligning with diverse stakeholders in complex organizations.
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Analytics, GSC, and Looker.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms like SAP Hybris and Shopify is a plus.
* Fluent in English (Spanish and French are a plus).
* Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
