Key Responsibilities
* Plant Operations:
o Monitor daily plant performance, energy generation, and system efficiency (PR, CUF, etc.).
o Analyse SCADA data and initiate corrective actions for performance improvement.
* Maintenance:
o Implement preventive and corrective maintenance for solar PV modules, inverters, and transformers.
o Minimize downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
* Inventory & Spares Management:
o Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage inventory for seamless operations.
* HSE Compliance:
o Enforce safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
o Conduct regular safety audits and training for the team.
* Team & Vendor Management:
o Supervise O&M teams, ensuring skill development and performance.
o Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and contract compliance.
* Reporting & Documentation:
o Prepare performance reports and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
o Provide regular updates to senior management.
* Cost & Compliance:
o Assist with O&M budget management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
