At Melt Group, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for a multinational company in the Agro-Solutions sector, responsible for developing the company's presence and expansion across the Spanish market.
The mission of this role is to maintain and drive the company's commercial growth while providing specialized technical advice, contributing to the positioning and expansion of the product portfolio nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen the distributor network within the horticultural, fruit, and agricultural sectors.
* Generate product demand through visits to key farms, cooperatives, and distributors.
* Provide technical advisory and product training to agronomists, distributors, and commercial teams.
* Set up and monitor field trials for selected products and strategic crops.
* Increase brand visibility through participation in seminars, conferences, and industry events.
* Report activities and opportunities through the company's CRM.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agro-Solutions sector.
* Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Biotechnology, Biology, or similar.
* English at negotiation level (additional languages are a plus).
* Availability to travel nationwide and valid driving licence.
* Freelancer / self-employed status required.
