In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation. /ppbr/ppbTitle: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems /b /ppbr/ppbJob Responsibilities: /b /pulliAnalyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. /liliEvaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /liliPrepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. /liliDevelop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and RD, to align solutions with project goals. /liliServe as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. /liliContribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization. /li /ul pbWhat You'll Need: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /liliProficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. /liliExcellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. /liliStrong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliStrong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred. /liliFamiliarity with system simulation and design tools. /liliProficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders. /li /ul
