In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless communication experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with product information, order processing, technical support, and issue resolution efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
* Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
* Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
* Provide feedback to improve customer service procedures and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in multinational or similar industry settings.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural working environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
* Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
