At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an exceptional Digital Sales Account Manager for Italian customers. You will be part of a talented global team and will play a key role in driving our revenue growth.As a Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients.Acting as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.Developing and executing renewal strategies tailored to each client, including leading negotiations for contract renewals.Addressing and resolving post-sales issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes to identify growth opportunities.Utilizing data insights and market intelligence to drive sales, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to improve account management processes and sales strategies.Representing client interests within the organization and championing client success stories to drive referrals and testimonials.Requirements:
Passionate about sales and committed to customer satisfaction.Experience in selling technology products and services.Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.Expertise in customer onboarding and handling.Proficiency in escalation management.Request tracking and collaboration skills.Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.Continuous learning orientation.Fluent in Italian and English.What we offer:
