The Role
Based in Switzerland, you’ll lead both strategy and execution — balancing personal sales activity with team leadership. You will work closely with other regional sales leaders across Europe, sharing insights and aligning market approaches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sales performance in the Swiss-German market through a combination of direct selling and team leadership.
2. Develop and grow long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
3. Inspire, manage, and coach a team of sales professionals to exceed ambitious commercial targets.
4. Build persuasive business cases that demonstrate clear ROI for clients.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
* A senior sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within a services or solutions-based business.
* Strong experience in consultative or value-based selling to senior decision-makers.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
