About the job

Seeking a Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to lead media spend and growth strategies for consumer products. Ideal for data-driven, technically skilled marketers capable of executing impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Drive customer acquisition with targeted campaigns and ROI focus.
* Manage media spend for cost-effective conversions.
* Collaborate with product, creative, and operations teams.
* Analyze and report campaign performance, providing insights.
* Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
* Stay updated on marketing trends and tools.

Requirements include:

* 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
* Strong analytical and technical skills, familiarity with ad platforms and tracking tools.
* Experience managing ad budgets for ROI and growth.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, X Ad Manager, and automation platforms.
* Ability to plan, execute, and scale campaigns effectively.
* Results-oriented problem solver.
