We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company’s business in the EU region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.
Main Responsibilities
Partnership Development: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.
Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking.
Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle—prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.
Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.
Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the EU region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. xpzdshu Ensure smooth and effective execution across Spanish-speaking markets.
