Welcome to Room Mate HotelsAt Room Mate Hotels, we continue to grow and we're looking for aSenior Digital Content Marketing Managerto lead our integral content strategy and take our brand storytelling to the next level.This role will be key in shaping how our brand connects with travelers across all digital touchpoints from inspiration to booking and beyond.What will you do?• Define and lead ourglobal digital content strategy• DriveSEO and conversion-focused contentto increase direct bookings• Shape storytelling across website, CRM, paid media, social & OTA platforms• Collaborate with Brand, Performance, CRM, E-commerce & Revenue teams• Manage agencies and coordinate international projects• Lead content strategy fornew openings and expansion projectsA dynamic, international rolewith exposure across multiple markets and teams.What are we looking for?• +5 years in Digital Content Marketing (hospitality, travel or lifestyle is a plus)• Strong expertise inSEO, analytics, and conversion-driven content• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, CMS (WordPress)• Fluent EnglishNice to have:CRM & email marketing knowledge, UX/CRO understanding, experience in international environments.You'll make an impact on:• Organic traffic growth• Website conversion & direct bookings• Engagement and content performanceWhat do we offer?At Room Mate, we want you to feel comfortable and happy working with us.
