Overview
The Workday Project Lead will manage and drive the successful delivery of a further Workday rollout within a fixed-term assignment of one year. The role requires strong project leadership, deep understanding of HR processes, and close collaboration with HR, IT, external vendors, and key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the end-to-end Workday project (implementation, rollout, optimisation, specific modules such as Absence, Learning and process improvements).
* Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in line with business objectives.
* Act as the main interface between HR, IT, external implementation partners, and senior stakeholders.
* Ensure alignment of Workday solutions with HR processes and organizational requirements.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Prepare and deliver project status updates, steering committee presentations, and documentation.
* Ensure project delivery within agreed timeline, quality standards, and budget.
What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit
* Proven experience as a Workday Project Manager / Project Lead.
* Strong hands‑on experience with Workday (Core HCM, Time & Absence mandatory; additional modules are a plus).
* Solid understanding of HR processes and HR transformation projects.
* Experience working with external vendors and cross‑functional, international teams.
* Structured, solution‑oriented, and hands‑on working style.
* Ability to work under time pressure and deliver results within a fixed‑term assignment.
