As a Finish Goods Business Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth strategies, drive sales initiatives, and build long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers.
Lead sales initiatives : manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams : work with Commercial Operations, supply chain and Industrial teams to manage properly commercial deals.
Monitor performance metrics : track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities.
Attend industry events : represent the company at Tuna and Finished Goods conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our value proposition and expand business opportunities.
Previous experience (5 years) in similar roles or in Sales & Marketing roles
Fluent English; a good knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus
