We offer a unique selection of skin care, makeup and fragrance.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES DATA SUPPORT & OPERATIONS Support the team with data management and the harmonization of tools to ensure simplification and faster decision‐making.Collaborate in collating and reviewing monthly data to provide an overview of performance.Assist in the analysis of customer profitability and the identification of business risks/opportunities.Maintain the flow of information across files, processes, and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with international headquarters.REPORTING & ANALYSIS Provide analytical support for internal presentations and business reviews.Create ad‐hoc reports as requested to support the Controlling team's analysis.Assist in identifying strategic insights from consumer, customer, and market data.Support sales forecasting processes to facilitate production planning.PROFILE Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.Hard Skills: Excel skills (ability to work with complex formulas and models).Familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret numbers and detail oriented.Soft Skills:Proactive, self‐motivated, and a team player.Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.Excellent communication skills to interact with multi‐faceted departments.What we offer you: You will receive continuous coaching & mentorship.
