The project!
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers, enthusiastically conveying a passion for the brand, and helping them find what they are looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will also be responsible for achieving the shop's objectives, and keeping the shop properly ordered and updated with the necessary products.
What will the role entail?
* Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand's values.
* Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by conveying the differential value of the brand to customers.
* Shop operations: Work as a team, carrying out inventories, stock management, cash register operations, daily reports, and ensuring the point of sale functions correctly.
* Shop image: Maintain the shop in an orderly manner, following visual standards, and ensuring it is stocked with necessary products to offer quality service.
