Platform Lead

experience in project portfolio management
(PPM) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, along with a
deep understanding of regulatory requirements
and data management.If you are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing complex systems and driving improvements, we encourage you to apply.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the Planisware platform, ensuring its efficient operation, performance, and overall integrity within the organisationOversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the R&D PPM solution, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the healthcare sectorEstablish and enforce data standards, manage data flows, and ensure seamless integration between systems across the organisationEnsure alignment with business goals and objectivesGather feedback and ensure the system supports the needs of end-usersCollaborate with technical teams to deliver system updates and enhancementsMaintain strong relationships with Planisware vendors to ensure system support and updatesMonitor and manage the budget associated with the system, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and service levels are consistently metEnsure that the system complies with industry regulations, including GxP and other relevant guidelines, while also maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive dataCore Skills/ExperienceAt least 7 years of experience with introducing or managing PPM software, such as PlaniswareProven track record of project engagements within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GxP and other relevant guidelinesStrong knowledge of industry data standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensusWhat's on offerPension planLife and Accident InsuranceHealth InsuranceEmployee and Family Psychological Support ProgramLinkedIn Learning Subscription:
