The purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to delivery teams and their clients, focusing on operational support throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, campaign coordination, budget management, reporting, and audits.

2. Manage campaign timelines and provide operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure timely receipt and correct distribution of materials, meeting client specifications and quality expectations.
3. Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
4. Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement continuous improvements in client and campaign delivery processes for enhanced effectiveness.
5. Support brand partners in campaign execution activities, including setup, traffic management, launch, and optimization.
6. Assist with client and internal billing processes by approving invoices and reconciling media delivery with suppliers, resolving discrepancies within designated timeframes.
7. Create client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed templates, such as post-buy reports detailing media delivered and actual spend.
8. Provide additional operational support as needed.
