What You Will Do
1. provide technical 3rd level support for Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting issues promptly, collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems
2. create documentation and user guides to facilitate self-help resources
3. investigate collaboration-related issues (messaging, and video conferencing problems, live events, etc.)
4. configure and optimize Microsoft Teams settings to align with business needs
5. monitor and fine-tune systems for performance and cost-effectiveness
6. ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations for collaboration systems and implement security best practices to safeguard data
What You Bring
7. bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience may substitute a degree
8. a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 enviroment (Teams, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Power Automate) in a 2nd or 3rd level support role
9. advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to interact with international colleagues
10. analytical and problem-solving skills with strong teamwork and collaboration mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal attitude
11. open to do rotative on call duty service approximately every 6 weeks (this is economically compensated)
