Optimizing operational processes by identifying repetitive or inefficient tasks, proposing automation solutions, and leading their implementation.Designing, developing, and maintaining scripts, tools, or automated workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up time for higher-value tasks.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand needs, map processes, and identify automation opportunities.Evaluating automation technologies and platforms to select the most suitable options for each case.Documenting automated processes to ensure traceability, maintenance, and scalability.Monitoring and analyzing the impact of automation implementations, proposing continuous improvements.Training and supporting the team in using automated tools, fostering a culture of efficiency and digitalization.Required skills:
