Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current digital landscape in procurement, identifying capabilities and gaps.
* Design and implement digital roadmaps focused on AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
* Facilitate data-driven workshops to uncover opportunities and co-create innovative solutions.
* Implement digital tools to enhance procurement performance, supply chain resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
* Monitor emerging technologies and trends in digital procurement and supply chain management.
* Present strategic insights and data-driven recommendations in internal and external forums.
* Mentor and upskill team members in digital and data analytics capabilities.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across procurement teams.
Requirements
* Experience in the automotive sector is mandatory.
* Proven track record in digital transformation within procurement and project management.
* Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI, and automation applied to procurement .
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English (international environment).
