The networking of ECUs at various automotive manufacturers is developed and accompanied with active support from IAV. This includes the management of the integrated ECUs as well as their software components in various networks and vehicle projects during the development phase and the subsequent life cycles. For our Integration & Validation department, we are looking for a motivated, committed and technically competent project manager to take on this comprehensive area of responsibility as soon as possible. Here you will be the interface to ensure a smooth management process in data availability and data consistency. In this interesting, diverse task, you will supervise a growing project landscape and competent project teams with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm. The continuous optimization and further development of existing processes and teams are also part of your tasks.
Your Tasks:
Management/leadership of the projects from acquisition to preparation of the offer and implementation of the project to project completion.
Responsibility for successful project execution
Definition and optimization of processes & quality
Coordination and control of project teams
Creation of status reports and action catalogs as well as reporting on the project for internal and external customers
Ensuring functionality and completeness of composite releases according to internal and external specifications
Necessary Skills:
Completed studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or similar
Several years of experience within project management or project coordination
Confident handling of MS Office
Desired Skills:
User knowledge e.g. te.VBV, System42, AVON and TEVON, ConBase
Knowledge of vehicle development processes and/or in vehicle networking and ECU development
Strong interest in automotive and technology trends in the automotive environment
Driving license class B
Independent and structured way of working
Willingness to communicate and organize
Distinct ability for analytical and networked thinking
Good English and very good written and spoken German skills
