We are seeking a RBS EUR IS/IT Asset Maintenance Management & SHE Team Lead to join the IT T&P; Department. This role involves working 50% with the Global Design & Build team on product development and 50% on implementation in EUR factories. You will manage IT products related to asset maintenance, including plant maintenance data, SAP Plant maintenance, and predictive maintenance solutions.
Delight 3,000+ users (Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance planners and managers, technical store supervisors, finance controllers, senior management) across the globe to plan, execute, report, analyze and optimize Asset maintenance using state of the art IT applications.
Ensure timely and quality IT support to the applications in zone EUR and drive continuous improvements
Ensure IT local and regional applications are compliant
Drive outcome-based innovation along with the engineering teams in factories to optimize the asset health and maintenance costs
Use the deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment IS / IT customers based on their needs and profile. Drive performance by setting clear objectives, empowering and enable people, timely and relevant feedback etc
