You'll collaborate closely with managers and teams across the organization to align our people strategies with business objectives.**REQUIREMENTS****Key responsibilities****Business Partnership**- **Collaborate with Managers**: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on team setup, feedback mechanisms, and growth strategies.- **Employee Relations**: Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.- **Performance Management**: Lead performance cycles, ensuring timely feedback and development plans.- **Engagement Initiatives**: Conduct regular check-ins to gauge team morale and implement engagement strategies.- **Culture Promotion**: Champion company´s values, embedding them into daily operations and team interactions.**Domain Expertise**- **Recruitment Oversight**: Coordinate with external partners to manage the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with our hiring standards and culture.- **Onboarding Experience**: Design and implement a seamless onboarding process that integrates new hires effectively.- **Learning & Development**: Develop and manage programs that support skill enhancement and career progression.- **Internal Mobility**: Establish clear career paths and promote opportunities for internal movement.- **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)**: Lead initiatives that promote inclusive hiring practices, raise awareness, and track DEI metrics.**Minimum experience and qualifications**- Experience: 5+ years in similar roles, preferably in tech or dynamic environments.- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.- Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
