We are now seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help us build the future of food. You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Maintenance Manager, being part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role you will have the opportunity to analyze production lines from a technical and maintenance perspective to ensure continuous improvement and coordinate and implement prevention plans for machinery.
Responsibilities
* Maintenance and development of properties.
* Manage and allocate technical projects.
* Management and coordination of service contracts, renewals.
* Purchasing and maintenance of production and facility equipment.
* Liaison, negotiation and control of external contractors.
* Responsible for risk management including fire and safety protection and inspections.
* Responsible for the facility budget including equipment and facility investment plans.
* Ensure that all production and facility equipment and external contractors are sourced at a competitive price.
* Manage spare parts including inventory cycle counts.
* Support projects with proper factory process and equipment risk assessment according to EPD/NPD process.
* Ensure successful project implementation in terms of timing, cost and targets.
* Act and live according to Paulig values and promote them throughout the organization.
* Promote and implement Paulig performance system to drive continuous improvement in culture with visible results.
* Set and clearly articulate the organization’s vision to all personnel.
What we expect from you
* Bachelor of Engineering in relevant disciplines or similar.
* Experience of the manufacturing process.
* Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
* Strong automation and electrical knowledge.
* Computer experience in MS Office, SharePoint, CRM, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD and ERP or similar design tools, with general insight in other relevant technical software.
* Creative business development.
* English proficiency.
* Planning and organizing.
* Leadership skills.
