Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Work Schedule Requirements
Availability
Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 20–25 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak periods, hours may increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
No prior supervisory or managerial experience required
