We're building the future of travel, and we need a boots‑on‑the‑ground BD specialist in Malaga to help us grow.
The Role
We're hiring a BD Host Acquisition Specialist based in Malaga to lead our outreach to local property hosts. You'll represent AtlasOra in the field identifying, meeting, and onboarding hosts onto our platform. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role for someone who knows Malaga's short‑term rental scene and can open doors.
What You'll Do
- Identify and proactively reach out to short‑term rental hosts in Malaga and surrounding areas (Airbnb, Booking.com, and independent hosts)
- Conduct in‑person meetings to pitch AtlasOra's value proposition and get hosts excited about Web3‑powered rentals
- Guide hosts through the full onboarding process from first conversation to live listing
- Build and manage your outreach pipeline, tracking leads and conversion metrics
- Relay on‑ground market feedback to the core team to continuously improve the onboarding experience
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, BD, account management, or hospitality
- Existing network in or familiarity with Malaga's short‑term rental / property market is a big plus
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly in face‑to‑face settings
- Self‑starter with a hunter mentality you find your own leads and close them
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a bonus)
- Curiosity about Web3/crypto is a plus, no deep knowledge required
